Conditions Terms

VALIDITY OF QUOTATIONS AND RESERVATIONS

The validity of quotations and/or reservations is subject to availability at the time of confirmation and payment. To process the reservation, it is essential to provide a copy of each passenger’s valid passport, with a minimum validity of six months beyond the end of the trip.


RESERVATION CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT

To confirm and guarantee your reservation, a deposit of USD 100 per person per destination is required.

This deposit secures your place on the tour and may include:

  • Hotel rooms
  • Cabins on the Nile cruise
  • Domestic flights
  • Transfers and essential services included in the program

Once the deposit is received, the reservation will be formally confirmed.


DEPOSIT PAYMENT METHODS

The deposit may be paid through the payment methods provided by the travel company at the time of booking, including bank transfer, online payment, or other available payment methods.


PAYMENT OF THE REMAINING BALANCE

The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival at the destination, using one of the payment options specified by the travel company, such as:

  1. Cash.
  2. Credit card, subject to any applicable bank or processing fees.
  3. Online payment, subject to any applicable payment processing fees.

FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EMERGENCIES

If the government or airline issues an official travel warning affecting travel to or from the country of origin or destination, the travel company may offer a full refund of the amount paid, subject to the applicable conditions and the policies of the service providers.

The safety and well-being of travelers are a priority, and the cancellation policy is intended to reflect this commitment.


STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY (TOUR PACKAGES)

In case of voluntary cancellation by the client, the following conditions will apply:

  • From the reservation date up to 60 days before arrival: full refund of the amount paid.
  • Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: charges corresponding to non-refundable domestic flights and other non-refundable services may apply.
  • Between 14 and 1 day before arrival: 100% of the total trip cost will be charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SPECIAL PRODUCTS OR UNIQUE SERVICES

For specific services, customized programs, or special products, the following conditions may apply:

  • Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 30% of the total service price will be charged.
  • Between 14 and 1 day before arrival: 100% of the total price will be charged.

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS

Airlines apply their own terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and penalties for both domestic and international flights. These conditions are subject to the rules in force at the time the ticket is issued.


CHILDREN’S PRICE POLICY

  • 0 to 1.11 years: Free
  • 2 to 4.11 years: 25% of the adult price
  • 5 to 10.11 years: 50% of the adult price
  • 11 years and above: Full adult fare

The children’s policy applies only when the child shares a room with their parents, with a maximum of one child per room, unless otherwise specified in the program.


UNUSED SERVICES

Services not used, voluntarily canceled, or not utilized by the passenger for any reason are non-refundable.


SERVICES NOT INCLUDED

Services not expressly specified in the program are not included, such as:

  • Tips
  • Hotel extras
  • Beverages not indicated
  • Personal expenses
  • Excess baggage
  • Insurance not specified
  • Additional taxes or fees

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION

It is the passenger’s sole responsibility to have a valid passport, visas, immigration permits, vaccinations, and any other documentation required for the destination.

The travel company will not be responsible for denied entry, visa issues, or other problems resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or invalid travel documentation.


EXCHANGE RATE

When the program is quoted in a foreign currency, the applicable exchange rate will be the rate in effect on the date of payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.


SCHEDULES AND MODIFICATIONS

Itineraries, activities, services, and schedules may be modified due to operational, weather, logistical, safety, or other circumstances, or due to decisions made by suppliers.

Changes to flights, transportation, accommodation, or other services made by third-party providers will not automatically entitle the passenger to a refund.


PRESENTATION AND PUNCTUALITY

Passengers must arrive 3 to 4 hours before international flights and 20 minutes before scheduled tour meeting points, unless otherwise instructed.

Failure to arrive on time may result in the loss of the service without entitlement to a refund.


MINIMUM NUMBER OF PASSENGERS

Departure may be subject to a minimum number of passengers. If the required number is not reached, the travel company may offer available alternatives or the possibility of rescheduling the trip.


SERVICE INTERMEDIATION

The travel company may act as an intermediary between the passenger and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, cruise operators, transportation companies, guides, and local operators.

The company will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, service interruptions, or other situations directly attributable to third-party providers.


FORCE MAJEURE

The travel company will not be responsible for modifications, delays, interruptions, or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including pandemics, epidemics, social conflicts, natural disasters, strikes, government measures, political events, security situations, or other force majeure events.


TRAVEL INSURANCE

Passengers are responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage, delays, and other risks associated with travel.

If insurance is included in the package, it will be governed by the terms and conditions of the respective insurance provider.


SERVICE ASSIGNMENT

Seat assignments, rooms, cabins, tables, or specific locations are subject to availability and supplier policies. Specific preferences cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.


ROOM ACCOMMODATION

Rooms are based on double or triple occupancy, depending on the program.

If a passenger travels alone and no roommate is available, the applicable single supplement must be paid.


PASSENGER CONDUCT

Passengers are expected to comply with local laws, regulations, customs, and the instructions of guides, hotels, transportation providers, and other service providers.

The travel company will not be responsible for sanctions, fines, expulsions, denial of entry, deportations, or other consequences resulting from inappropriate or unlawful passenger conduct.


LUGGAGE

Loss, damage, or delay of luggage is the direct responsibility of the airline or the corresponding transportation or service provider, subject to their applicable policies and liability limits.


AIR CONNECTIONS

The travel company will not be responsible for missed connections resulting from delays, cancellations, or schedule changes attributable to airlines or other transportation providers.

Any additional expenses incurred as a result will be the passenger’s responsibility unless otherwise provided by applicable law or the supplier’s policies.


CHANGES DURING THE TRIP

Any modification requested by the passenger during the trip will be considered an additional service and will be subject to availability and the corresponding charges.

Any additional services or expenses must be paid by the passenger unless otherwise agreed.


LOCAL REGULATIONS

Passengers acknowledge that certain destinations may have local, cultural, religious, health, safety, or governmental regulations that must be respected.

The travel company will not be responsible for restrictions, limited access, service changes, or other consequences resulting from non-compliance with applicable local regulations.


HEALTH AND PHYSICAL CONDITION

The passenger is responsible for ensuring that they are physically and medically fit to undertake the trip and the contracted activities.

Passengers should inform the travel company in advance of any relevant requirements or special assistance needs.


PRICE ADJUSTMENTS DUE TO RATE INCREASES

In the event of increases in taxes, airport fees, fuel costs, transportation costs, supplier rates, or government-imposed charges after the quotation has been issued, the travel company may adjust the final price with prior notice, subject to applicable laws and regulations.


USE OF IMAGES

The use of photographs or audiovisual material featuring passengers for promotional purposes may be subject to the passenger’s prior consent and applicable privacy and data protection laws.


PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Personal data provided by passengers will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and used for administrative, operational, booking, and communication purposes related to the trip and the services requested.


QUOTATION VALIDITY

All quotations and rates are subject to availability and may change until the reservation is confirmed and the required payment is received, unless otherwise stated in writing.


TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

The travel company reserves the right to correct typographical, pricing, or interpretation errors. Any correction will be communicated to the client as soon as reasonably possible.


TRIP TRANSFER

The trip is personal and non-transferable. Assignment, change, or substitution of passengers after confirmation of the reservation is not permitted unless expressly authorized by the relevant service providers and subject to any applicable charges and conditions.


ACCEPTANCE

By making the required payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these policies, terms, and conditions.
